When I became of age to vote, I did not vote. It seemed as though the election, the country, the things of the world did not matter to me, were not of my concerns. As I became older and wiser in God’s word, I learned voting is my responsibility. Proverbs 16:33 tells us to make our “motions and cast our votes, but God has the final say.”
The midterm election has come. Votes have been cast. Some are happy. Some are sad. But remember, continue to pray for this country. God is not asleep, he sees and he knows the evils of the world, the oppression of his people, the evildoers, and the wicked righteous. God wants our heart, our soul, our body and our mind. He wants full obedience and trust in Him. That’s why I am a voter who prays.
Until next time,
I pray God’s best life for you
Very, very much appreciative of the “after the election/vote” prayer.
You’re very welcome.
