According to Angela

You, and Angela, can make it happen if you dare to dream and follow a few step-by-step guidelines. According to Angela, these steps are not written in stone, they sometimes must be repeated, and where you begin is up to you. According to Angela, we all have dreams and goals we want to see come to fruition despite who we are. In other words, age is not a factor. Social standing is not an issue. Gender can’t hold you back. Forget about race, class, and caste those characteristics can’t stop you from dreaming either. According to Angela, we all have a dream, and no dream is too small. Growth starts from a seed.

Inside the interactive Make It Happen, A Journal to Identify and Actualize Your Goals, the first step starts with what I mentioned earlier dare to dream. Then, you and I, need to make a commitment. The next move is to put things into action, followed by willing to make a mistake. Yes, we must be willing to make a mistake. That’s my biggest flaw and slows me down every time. But I’ve been pushing through to make things happen, I’m good with making a mistake because it takes grit to push through. Can you see why, when we dare to dream, it’s not a simple rubric, often a step must be repeated? That’s why we must be willing to make a mistake. And a mistake is not failure. On this journey to identifying and actualizing your goals, you must trust yourself. Repeat after me “I got this!” Once you begin to trust yourself, oh things are going to start sprouting like a seed well-watered and cared for, planted in good soil. And then you, and me, we must wait for it. Waiting is the hardest part. But we must wait with expectation.

Expectation looks like this: “At the right time, the Lord will make it happen” (Isaiah 60:22). And in this passage, God’s focus is on the least of these, the small tribe, the little one. So, according to Angela, you and I, can make it happen with God on our side and despite the size of our dream.

For all the journalers, and diary-keepers who ordered a copy and then ordered another copy for a friend, thank you. May God show up and show out as you identify and actualize your goals.

Until Next time,

Angela
