Greetings to all the readers of Off the Hooks for so many years. I have not posted on this platform since 2022, and then it was few and far between. Since then, I have transitioned from academic teaching to soul care, yet I am still writing.

What is Spiritual Direction? A spiritual direction session is a scheduled hour to notice God moving in and around you in the right now moments. A spiritual direction session is a time to seek, listen, grapple, and rest in the Lord.
